Updates Hub

Live Roblox simulators change fast, and Dig & Clean is no exception. This updates hub collects official patch summaries, new feature breakdowns, and code launches so you know what changed before your next digging session. When developers ship a balance pass, gear tier, island expansion, or promo code batch, we add a dedicated note here and cross-link every page on the wiki that needs revised stats or steps.

Update 1 in August 2026 was the game’s first major public patch — it introduced the codes system, two launch promo strings, and the luck boost economy that now pairs with detector upgrades from the Gear Hub. Bookmark this hub and check back after every Roblox notification or developer announcement.

Latest update

Update 1 — Codes and Features (August 2026) added:

  • Shop Codes tab unlocked after tutorial completion
  • UPDATE1 code — 2× Luck for 30 minutes
  • SECRET10 code — 10× Luck for 10 minutes
  • Full gear ladder through Platinum Detector, Amethyst Shovel, and Turquoise Spray Bottle confirmed live
  • Six rarity glow tiers active across main map and Shipwreck Cove

Read the full note for redemption steps, stacking rules with detector Luck, and what did not change in the economy loop.

How we track patches

Each major update gets its own child page under /updates/. Minor hotfixes that only adjust numbers may be folded into the nearest note with a dated addendum. We verify:

When something in-game disagrees with the wiki, assume a silent hotfix until we publish a correction here.

What to do after every update

  1. Read the newest note linked below.
  2. Redeem any new codes on the Codes page before they expire.
  3. Re-check gear prices if detector, shovel, or spray tiers changed.
  4. Revisit Gear Upgrade Path if upgrade priority shifted.
  5. Scan Updates FAQ on the latest note for known bugs.

Luck code windows are real-time. Do not redeem a new code until you are actively digging — timers run whether you are in menu or in zone.

Economy and progression context

Dig & Clean’s core loop — detect, dig, clean, polish, sell or display — stayed stable through Update 1. The patch added accelerators (codes) rather than replacing gear. That means existing guides remain valid: detector Luck first, shovel Power second, spray bottle last.

Island travel via the Island NPC, museum pricing, and six glow rarities were live at launch and unchanged in Update 1. See Money and Museum for economy detail that spans multiple patches.

Community signals we watch

We monitor developer Discord announcements, in-game loading screen text, and player-confirmed code expirations. The Official Links page lists the Roblox game URL and community placeholders — add your Discord invite there when a verified server exists.

Report outdated steps through community channels listed on Links. We prioritize fixes that break redemption, gear purchases, or island travel.

Return here after every Roblox update. One read saves hours of guessing whether your luck boost or gear price still matches the live game.
